What method is used to create the quantile groups displayed for polygon feature classes in ArcGIS pro? How does the program decide where any extra groups should be placed? What does it do when it is unable to place breakpoints in optimal positions because of repeating values? Are there code samples available or an explanation of the algorithm employed?

I'm working to extend the Home Widget to add functionality for multiple views. The reference docs say that "Any properties can be set, retrieved or listened to." But when I try to set iconClass or label properties, either through super() with the properties object or by setting them via my class, I get an error stating that it cannot assign because the property is constant or read-only. https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/api-reference/esri-widgets-Home.html What gives? Is the doc wrong?

Okay, yes inspecting the object returned from createQuery() at runtime reveals it already contains the string used by the Definition Query. So setting the where property does indeed overwrite the previous requirement. I'll just have to combine the two together. A little disappointing, I'd hoped it worked more like definition expressions in ArcMap. Thanks for your insights!

I'm trying to run a queryExtent() on a FeatureLayer that has a Definition Expression applied, but it seems to ignore the Definition Expression when query.where is given. I'm trying to zoom to the selected states, but not AK/HI because there are inset maps for those. var mydefinitionExpression = makeStateQuery(); const layer = new FeatureLayer({ url: url, definitionExpression: mydefinitionExpression, }); layer.when(function(){ var query = layer.createQuery(); query.where = "(StateFIPSN <> 02 AND StateFIPSN <> 15)"; return layer.queryExtent(query); }) .then(function(response){ view.goTo({ target:response.extent, duration:500 }); }); It seems like I should be able to use both where and defEx, but the extent returned indicates that it's one or the other. Am I missing something?

Yes, the map viewer is unable to load my custom tiled basemap services, and fails to open any maps. I can't edit or create anything! This was working fine two weeks ago.

I'm successfully using a token to request json output from a secured dynamic map service. The json response contains a link to the image as expected, but I'm unable to retrieve the image. {"href":"https://[argisserver]/arcgis/rest/directories/arcgisoutput/Public_SCP/state_screening_release_2016_MapServer/_ags_mape7421df4133a4cd1b6e49fb52adaf407.png","width":775,"height":500," Is there a way to access this using my token?
