I have just discovered that one of my layers is having this issue as well: https://od-jcwvgis.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/8d4df0b309944ccf8b72bf0d279a168b_1/explore?location=39.311372%2C-77.850154%2C11.50 None of my other layers seem to have this issue. I tried republishing the layer and that didn't fix the problem. Our layer is using the ESRI extent, so it's not a projection issue. Any suggestions?

I've been having an issue for several months now and no one else in my office is having the problem: When I do a geometry edit (generally only when I add a new feature; not attribution changes either, only geometry edits) and I hit save, the feature disappears and I have to close & reopen my map to be able to view it. It's not just a drawing error, it actually disappears from the attribute table as well. Sometimes I get the "Can't load data from the source" and other times I don't, the feature just isn't there. This is NOT happening on all the feature layers in the dataset, just some of them. And it's NOT just happening in a single geodatabase, it's affecting at least two gdbs. (Note: I was having this issue when we had our data on an SDE also, but we moved it to a gdb and I'm still having the issue) I have tried creating a new gdb (fresh and from a copy of one that was working fine), creating a new map, IT checked my connection, I redownloaded the Microsoft Native Client, I got a new computer; I even tried it on another computer and it worked fine for a bit, but then started up again. No one else in the office had the same problem until just recently, my boss started to occasionally get the disappearing features on one of HIS databases that I don't even access. Do I just have a gremlin? None of us can figure out why we have practically identical gdbs for one of our projects, but I'm having this problem and my coworkers aren't. I keep thinking is has to be a connection issue, but IT says I'm hooked up fine. Suggestions? (The whole office is on ArcGIS 10.6.1. None of our data is housed on the SDE anymore, it's all gdbs. I do have access to the ArcGIS Server on my machine, but only access it for updating services.)

Yes! My snapping is almost non-existent unless I use Classic Snapping, which is a pain when I have a lot of edits to make. Normally, compressing the database will fix this issue when it pops up, but I haven't been able to resolve it since we upgraded to 10.4.1.

Hi all, We are trying to create a Voters Registration Road Roster and we need to figure out how to select all the records that have the same road name, but different voting precincts (the voting precincts are already in the road centerline data; we don't need to pull them from a polygon layer or other table). Ex: Washington St has two street segments (two records), one in precinct 25 and one in 26; Church St also has two street segments (two records), but both are Precinct 25. We need to select Washington St because it has different values in the Precinct field, but not Church St because its values are the same. Our end game is to have a road roster that lists each road in our county with its road range and its precinct. So we are trying to pull out the roads with different precincts so that we can do a Summarize on the ones left over (the majority of the roads) and get them out of the way. Note: Neither of us in the office know python/coding very well. If your suggestion is some sort of coding, please explain it in the simplest of terms so we can follow it. Thanks for your help! ~Jess (As an aside: if any one knows how to make a general road roster/index from a grid, please let us know that too. We miss our road roster tool! )

Not the information pop up that occurs when you click on something; I'm trying to edit the pop up that you get when you use the search widget. This does not draw from the ArcGIS Online pop up configurations.

Love your widget! This is exactly what we were looking for as our information tool. Quick question: Is there a way to set the widget to be closed when you first open the map, but still automatically open when a user clicks on something? In the mobile version of the map, this widget takes up almost the entire screen, so I'm worried users might get confused about how to actually see the map.

Since the search result window gets in the way on our map (and in our case is redundant due to how we label our features), we have removed it. However, we would like to add a marker symbol or highlight the point we have searched so the end user can easily identify it on the map. Is there a way to add this function? Note: I am not a programmer, so please be as basic in your answer as possible. If I need to add custom code (and you know that code), please provide it in your response and tell me where I'm supposed to add it. Thank you so much!!!

Is there a way to add text to the search results pop up window? We want to be able to tell our users to click on the map for more information. Note: I am not a programmer. Please be as basic as possible in your explanation.

I figured out what was wrong. The visibility scale of the base maps ends at 1:9000. I was zoomed in closer than that for testing. Thanks! ~Jess

I've added the Basemap Gallery tool to my webmap and when you open the tool all the thumbnails show up, but when you click on one to change the basemap, nothing happens. Do I need to enable the basemaps somehow in the ArcOnline step or is this something that needs fixed in the WAB? I can't find any steps that I missed in the setup, does anyone have any ideas? Note: I am not a programmer, so please be very basic with your answers. Thank you!!!
