Hi Kelly, Reach out to your IT or department who has admin rights to configure your 365 app launcher. You can ask them if they can do one of the following: 1. add another tile that points to org B instead of org A. 2. If they don't want to do that, ask if they are able to alter the URL of the current ArcGIS Online tile to point to arcgis.com instead of the org A url (<orgAname>.maps.arcgis.com>). By pointing to arcgis.com you'll be able to login with the account you want and it will redirect to the correct org once you log in. Note option 2 will only work well if both orgs rely on ArcGIS logins. If one or both of your orgs are configured with SAML logins this approach may not suit your needs since users would be prompted to input the org name AND their respective login credentials. Set up SAML logins—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation

Hey Ian, I don't think there's functionality to control the drawing order of sketch shapes. They seem to draw in the order that they are created \ edited. One way to re-order them that works for me, is to just select the existing sketch shapes iteratively in the order that you want them to be drawn (starting from the bottom to the top). The last shape you select should end up being drawn on top of all the others.

Hey Sara, Have a look at the Vector Style Editor. You can customize how a basemap looks to suit your needs including turning off boundary layers and labels: ArcGIS Vector Tile Style Editor Blog with some more details: Branding a Basemap (esri.com)

Hey Amanda, Strange behaviour you are experience there. I followed the same steps and on my end I don't experience the same behaviour. Is this happening for other colleagues? What browser(s) do you use? Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Are you aware of any browser extensions installed?

Hi Angela, You can configure the pop-up in ArcGIS Online to only show the fields you are interested in. Here's a link to documentation about Pop-ups. On the lio map they are pulling information from a field called: Official_Municipality_Name

Hey Phillip, To my knowledge there is no tool to create ellipse features in ArcGIS Online. There is an enhancement request in place to add the ability to create circle or ellipse features. If you add a sketch layer to your map, you will have the ability to create circles that can in turn be stretched into a ellipse shape but you won't have the ability to define coordinates as described in the ArcGIS Pro documentation. Sketches are different than features. They are simply shapes that reside in your map. You can also enable pop-ups on shapes and manually add some information to the shape that can be shown in a pop-up.

Hey Simon, You are correct, with a free public account you have no ability to perform analysis. Your best way forward is to find a way append the poverty rate field to your boundary table prior to creating the boundary layer. You could then symbolize the boundaries using that field in ArcGIS Online.

Definitely a strange behaviour. I took a look to see if there were any known issues similar to the one you are experiencing, so far I've not found any. A few other thoughts: What about the other types of blocks: Text and Link do those exhibit the same behaviour? Do you have at least one group created in ArcGIS Online with content added to it? Have you considered reaching out to Esri Support? They will have the ability to investigate a bit further to see if there's anything unusual happening in your ArcGIS Online organization.

Hey Chris, A few thoughts: What is your current homepage composed of? Do all components render correctly? When you are experiencing the behaviour are you connected to a vpn network? Do you have the ability to log in to the site on a different network \ internet to see if the behaviour persists? If you are proficient with the browser's developer console you may be able to see some events that may shed some light on what the issue is.

Hey Brad, If your feature layer is configured with multiple layers you will receive individual files for each layer when you export them. You could explore using the Append tool in ArcGIS Pro to merge them together. If you repeat this field work again, an alternative approach would be to use one feature layer and create a bird type field. You can use that bird type field to generate different buttons in Workforce. Then all your data will be in one layer rather than multiple.

I believe it is not possible to use html injection in Arcade. It could be considered a security risk. Have a look at the following thread. Also, this blog post may be of interest.

Hey Eve, I empathize with your situation. Usernames are indeed permanent. I encourage you to give Esri Australia another change to help since you will need their help to resolve this situation. Support does have internal workflows to resolve situations like this. Please ask them to look up internal article: 000013124. It will show them what needs to be done on our side to help you get out of this situtation.

You can generate a few types of reports in ArcGIS Online. This blog post will walk you through what's available. You can also check the Credits tab in the Status section of ArcGIS Online. You'll see a Credit Utilization Chart. This chart is interactive and allows you to drill down into different credit usage groups and some of them will allow you to download a report. Example: I want to see a report of all the hosted feature storage. 1. On the Credit Utilization Chart I click on the Feature Storage slice 2. In the table below the chart, I click on the Standard Feature Data Store record 3. I then click on the View item details button 4. The Database Storage Details window pop-ups. I click on the download button to download a report showing all the hosted feature data in my org for the selected period along with their credit cost. You can repeat these steps for various types of credit usage. Note that not all types of credit usage will allow you to download a report. Credit usage is typically shown in 3 ways: 1. General credit usage associate to the org itself. It's not associated to a particular item or member. 2. Credit usage associated to hosted items like hosted feature layers and tiled imagery layers 3. Credits associated to members. Examples: Geocoding, Spatial analysis.
