Hi Tim, It is not possible to reset training records. It is highly recommended that each user/student create their own account instead of reusing a set of instructor-created accounts for a class. Joanne

Hi Neil, Just wanted to add on to Stephanie's and Tim's posts. Esri Academy (Esri's training site) has lots of great resources. These ArcGIS Pro web courses may be helpful: ArcGIS Pro Basics Symbolizing Map Layers Labeling Map Features Creating A Map Layout If you're completely new to ArcGIS Pro, there may be some good resources for you in the ArcGIS Pro Fundamentals learning plan which contains a list of learning resources curated by Esri Training's Curriculum team. Hi Jonathan, Esri Training has several courses that work on ArcGIS Pro 2.4. The ArcGIS Pro Fundamentals learning plan contains several titles to get you started - most of which are web courses. You can pick and choose what you want to learn. Getting Started with ArcGIS Pro is intended for users migrating from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro, but it maybe worth looking at. Joanne

Hi Paul, It looks like you are working with ArcGIS Pro 2.2. Getting Started with ArcGIS Pro was written to work with ArcGIS Pro 1.4, 2.0, and 2.1. The ArcGIS Pro 2.2 course version is currently in development and should be available from the Esri Training site on July 24. The Elevation Surface properties have been removed from the Map Properties dialog box in ArcGIS Pro 2.2. To complete step 5, do the following: • In the Contents pane, under Elevation Surfaces, right-click WorldElevation3D/Terrain3D and choose remove. • Right-click Ground, and then choose Add Elevation Source. • Browse to ..\EsriTraining\ProStart\NorthridgeData\Database\Northridge.gdb. • Click Open. • Click Elevation, and then click OK. • In the Contents pane, under Elevation Surfaces, click Ground. • On the Appearance contextual tab, in the Surface group, check the Navigate Underground box. • Save your project. Hi Brian, I contacted Philip Heede regarding your question. There are no plans to retire or deprecate ‘traditional’ (or non-hosted) services. The different kinds of services have very different use cases and will exist side by side for a long time to come. Joanne

Hi Jawadh, Your server needs either ArcGIS for Server Advanced edition or ArcGIS for Server Standard edition + the ArcGIS 3D Analyst for Server extension. I'm not sure I understand the second bullet: - Do GeoProcessing on flat vectors like and create extrusion in the web scenes...? If you are using tools in the 3D Analyst Tools toolbox to create 3D features in either ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap, you will need the ArcGIS 3D Analyst extension. Joanne

Hi Jawadh, Check your server. Does it use an Advance or Standard license? I wasn't sure from your post if you meant Pro, the server or both. If it uses a Standard license, does it have the ArcGIS 3D Analyst for Server extension and is it enabled? If the server has a Standard license, it will also need ArcGIS 3D Analyst for Server extension installed and enabled. Joanne

Hi Jawadh, The ArcGIS Pro cache logs may provide you with some information as to why the caching is failing. Detailed reports can be found at C:\Users\USERPROFILE\AppData\Local\ESRI\ArcGISPro\Staging\SharingProcesses. The SharingJobLog.log file is found within each job folder and contains detailed information about that sharing job. A CachingLog.log is generated for each web tile layer and web scene layer that is published from ArcGIS Pro. It can be found in the associated job folder. The CachingLog.log contains detailed information about cache generation jobs. Note: If you delete a job from the Job Status pane, the corresponding job folder and all of its contents will be deleted from this location. You can also take a look at the server logs via ArcGIS Server Manager to see if they reveal anything useful. Joanne
