Peter, Have you tried Admin Tools for ArcGIS Online? There is an "Export Users to CSV" tool that I believe will meet your needs. It allows you to select the users of your organization & then you can select the attributes you would like to export for each of the selected users. You can also export users to a JSON file using Admin Tools as well. Hope this helps!

Robert, Thank you! this was helpful. I am currently able to add onScreen widgets, but I'm having difficulties adding widgets into the widget pool & having them show up. The user is first prompted with a login widget - which will return widgets the user is allowed to view. After that I use can successfully create the widgets, but I am having issues adding them to the Header Controller (top panel of the Foldable Theme). Would you happen to know anything about how to do this or if it might simply be one of the limitations of the WAB? I've tried a few different things but nothing seems to work, but it seems like something that others would have probably tried to do already. Thanks!

I currently have a few widgets in my config.json file that I would like to start out as not visible, so I am setting the "visible" property to false. I have another widget that will be sending a request and depending on the response from the request, I want to turn on the visibility of some of the widgets. This is what I currently have: var widgetManager = WidgetManager.getInstance();
widgetManager.appConfig.widgetOnScreen.widgets[6].visible = true;
widgetManager.loadWidget(widgetManager.appConfig.widgetOnScreen.widgets[6]).then(lang.hitch(this, function(widget){
console.log(widget);
})); The console log I have shows that the visible property is set to true (widget { visible:true }), but the widget is not visible in the application. Can anyone help with this? Thanks, Jamie

Thanks! Works now! I was trying to figure out where my issue was after comparing my config with your config. Once I removed the "closable" attribute, it was acting as I anticipated. I had created the config with the builder (instead of just manually adding it), and that property was added to it. After minor digging, I didn't see this attribute relating to the SwipePlus widget, but relating to the AttributeTable widget. If you have any info or ideas about this I'd would love to hear Thanks again!

Hello! I was trying to use this widget, but for some reason it is not acting as a button. I'm not sure what I might be doing wrong. I added the image below to show what I mean because its a little hard to explain - its added as a regular non-button widget & when I select it, it opens the button. In my config file in the widgetOnScreen.widgets array I have this: { "uri": "widgets/SwipePlus/Widget", "position": { "left": 7, "top": 145, "relativeTo": "map" }, "version": "1.1.3", "name": "SwipePlus", "label": "Swipe Plus", "closeable": true, "config": "configs/SwipePlus/config_Swipe Plus.json" }, I didn't notice anything that seemed odd, I'm assuming there is something small I'm not considering. Can anybody help? Thanks, Jamie

Not sure if this information will be helpful, but (in the most recent update) I was trying to utilize some of the highlighting functionality for some different things. In the web appbuilder widgets/AttributeTable there is the Widget.js file. There are two functions that are commented out: onGraphicClick and highlightRow. Also there is some commented out code in the _featureTable.js file.

I would also like to know about this. I have messed around with trying to display some results in the attribute table, but I found I had to create a feature layer, add the feature layer to the layer list and then I could have it automatically open the attribute table. I did not try adding a store to the table though.

Sophia, I was unable to replicate your issue in ArcGIS Online, if you utilize the Admin Tools for ArcGIS℠ Online Pro you will be able to bulk invite users & bulk update users by uploading only one .csv file. Here's how: 1. Go to the "Export Users to CSV" tool & select a user (this will just be for making a template so the user does not matter). Make sure to select the required fields: Email, First Name, Last Name, User, Role. Also select any of the other fields you may want to update, like tags, privacy etc. You can also add the 'Groups' field & use a comma separated list of group titles that you would like to add that user to. When you have all your fields selected, select Export. 2. Add the information for all the users that you would like to add into ArcGIS Online. You can delete the user that you exported to make your template, leave it, or if you modify that information it will update that user in additional to creating & updating any users that you add. *Please note that some of the terminology we use in our CSV tools, so exporting from the Admin Tools & then directly into AGOL's interface may not work. 3. Use the 'Import Users From CSV' tool to import the .csv you just edited. All of your users will then be added and updated directly after they are added. If you had any groups listed for any of the users, it will add them to all of those groups as well. I have also written a blog about some of the different things you can do with our export & import CSV tools for items, groups, & users. It contains a short tutorial video as well

If you don't add a password it will send users an email inviting them & if you do add the password field it will add them automatically & prompt the user to change their password upon signing in for the first time I'm trying to see if I can replicate Sophia's issue, so I went ahead & tried it with & without passwords to see if something weird might be going on & both ways worked fine

Chenna, Is this a problem you are having with Admin Tools for ArcGIS Online or Portal? If so, could you please elaborate on the issue you are having? Hello Reed, You cannot create folders within your groups. You are able to sort your content in a group on ArcGIS Online and you can also filter your content with our Admin Tools for ArcGIS Online. This is something you will have to contact Esri for, they have an ideas page where you can post an idea & also see ideas from others within the community. https://c.na9.visual.force.com/apex/ideaHome?sfdc.tabName=01r30000000dxas Thanks, Jamie
