Graphics in a graphics overlay are covered by labels from the map's operational layers (WPF Runtime SDK 100.10). Is it possible to have labels respect graphics and not cover the graphic?

Is it possible to get access to the geoprocessing results in ArcMap using ArcObjects? These are the results that show up in the Geoprocessing Results window. I'm looking to programmatically remove results after they've been run, or prevent results from being added in the first place. The "Never save" option doesn't work, nor does unchecking "Log operations to a log file".

Runtime SDK 100.5. I'm using callouts to show information after a user clicks on the map (MyMapView.ShowCalloutAt), and I've set the content as a custom element, but the callout still has a white border around it, and the leader line is white. How can I customize the border and leader line of the callout?

Esri installs 73 fonts, and after cleanup and reinstalling esri's, I think there were 178 on the machine. I haven't done any additional testing, so I have no good of idea of what the threshold is for when performance starts to degrade, or if there are certain fonts or font families that are especially problematic for ArcMap.

In Windows 10 search type "installed fonts" which should give you a "View installed fonts" result, click that and the installed fonts folder will open. At the bottom left it should say how many items are in the folder. You can also select all and it will say the number of items selected. This isn't exactly the total number of fonts because some of the selected items will be font families and will have multiple fonts within them, but it will give a rough idea of at least how many are on the machine.

We had this same problem after an upgrade to 10.6.1 on Windows 10 machines. ArcMap properties, layer properties, and certain tabs/dialogs within the properties dialogs were extremely slow to open. On one machine opening layer properties would take almost a minute. After working with esri support, we discovered the issue to be installed fonts. The worst machine had ~2000 installed fonts. We saved the esri fonts, deleted all the non-default fonts (Windows automatically disallowed deleting protected operating system fonts), reinstalled the esri fonts, and the problem was resolved.

The tolerance is 1. Can it be less than 1? In any case I don't think it is a tolerance issue since if I click on one side of the inner polygon line I get both the inner and outer polygon and if I click on the other side I only get the outer polygon. The spatial reference of the map view is wkid 3857.

Hi Mike, the tolerance is currently set at 1. I've pared the code down to a minimum to reproduce the issue. I also tested with IdentifyLayerAsync, and get the same results. private async void MyMapView_GeoViewTapped(object sender, GeoViewInputEventArgs e) { IReadOnlyList<IdentifyLayerResult> idrList = await MyMapView.IdentifyLayersAsync(e.Position, 1, false, 100); foreach (IdentifyLayerResult idr in idrList) { if (idr.LayerContent == subzones) { MessageBox.Show("id layers: " + idr.GeoElements.Count.ToString()); //returns 2 } } IdentifyLayerResult result = await MyMapView.IdentifyLayerAsync(subzones, e.Position, 1, false, 100); MessageBox.Show("id layer: " + result.GeoElements.Count.ToString()); //returns 2 } For the time being, I have come up with a workaround to exclude the outer polygon that I can use if this issue can't be resolved. Thanks for looking into this. Dan

I have a polygon featureclass loaded into a Runtime SDK map from an mmpk. This featureclass contains polygons with holes cut out of them and filled by other polygons. An IdentifyLayersAsync with a point from GeoViewTapped at the location of an inner polygon will return in its results both the inner polygon and the surrounding donut polygon. Is this expected behavior for identify? If so is there a way to exclude the polygon with the hole from the identify results?

Using arcpy I create a locator and package it into an mmpk which is used as data for a Runtime SDK application. I want to change the geocoding offsets, but the only way I can see to do this is in ArcGIS Pro. Can this be done programmatically using either Python during the creation of the locator or using C# in the application itself?
