Specifically, Add Google Translation - Unfortunately, this is not possible on the Open Data Portal (Hub) site using Google translate. There is a limitation due to using their CMS (this is true of all CMS based sites). One of the limitations is that we can not use javascript (see the bottom of the "Header settings" section of the link below). https://doc.arcgis.com/en/hub/sites/design-the-layout-of-your-hub-site.htm ESRI, please have your technical team correct this.

Ok, I'm late in replying... Alright, so a customer built geocoder within our environment would be HIPPA compliant. I had another question, somewhat related. Can you expound on these two HIPPA GIS environment scenarios: HIPAA EMCS Advanced Plus environment vs. in-house ArcGIS Server on a VM with locked down REST End Points (only those who are Users of the Folder can see the data) using Groups/Users and encrypted SQL Server FC as the data source? Thanks. Jeff

We have many Departments, and I can imagine countless others organizations, Health, Stae, Federal Local, and private companies could really like to see AGOL HIPPA Compliant. Come on ESRI, do the work and gettr done!!

Please add this option in the Template, so when Users want to see our Portal, ArcGIS Hub , they can select a language to view the information.

We have a great Open Data Portal, ArcGIS Hub Yes we have Google Analytics showing where people are coming from to see our Portal, but I would like to see Social Media and a Guest Sign-In "book", so they can introduce themselves so we can expand out GIS universe with other SME colleagues. Have this option included in the Template.

The ultimate question is "What is your GIS Value"? There's a number of articles out there, but common sense and a new way to view this Question & Answer can be thought in two ways. First, one has to look at what it took to build and maintain your GIS Data & Apps. It could be over years and be worth a gazillion if you interpreted that way. TFE Man Hours X Months Years, Cost of Application/Maintenance. Cost of updating data, etc. Then, there's your customers. If they think you gazillion GIS data/apps system is worth zilch, then you have no value. One of the things I see vital is Google Analytics Bounce Rate. The Bounce rate is the KPI for your website. It measures the percentage of single-page sessions in which there was no interaction with the page. So if the Users see no value in your data/app, then you have a high Bounce. A bad site is considered to be over 50%. Ours is Open Data Portal - GeoDat with our Geocortex Essential Web Maps are 14%. https://geodat-kernco.opendata.arcgis.com/ This tells me we have great value, but how much, as seen from the customer. That’s where a crowdsource app embedded inside the Open Data Portal would define it’s true value. Setup the App to give the User a choice of 1. an overall value, 2. by the Page, and 3. by the dataset. Your could have more options, but by keeping it very simple, provides the Customer an easy friendly experience. Have it defaulted to require the User to provide their experience. Once you have a few hundred/thousand responses, you can then extrapolate out, statistically speaking, the Net Value, ie, that is, your cost minus the customers value. Then you have something to talk about. Please embbed now!!

We are running Google Analytics against our Geocortex Essentials Web Maps. While we do not charge to access our data, they do get a lot of hits. Our Open Data Portal - GeoDat, https://geodat-kernco.opendata.arcgis.com/ Our data has detailed Parcel information and is linked to our assessor's database providing Stakeholders to see the County's information. We also have other value data available to the Stakeholders. And while one User, such as a Realtor, may see the information as extremely valuable, on the other side, there maybe others such as the the casual view/user who's just surfing. So the question arises, is there a default soft value of GIS Data/Information per "Hit"? Has anyone ever made this calculation and what did you use to base it on? Thanks for your input. A question came up, so I'm asking the community what your thoughts are. I have setup Portal for ArcGIS, Web Adapter and Insight for ArcGIS on this environment. ESRI, please chime and provide documentation if applicable. Thanks.

I was at the UC, and they did not have a Booth. Upon asking the Information Desk, they were also perplexed too. I'm having my other contacts looking into the matter.
