Hello, I have a few basic questions about Color Selector. There are a few specific colors I always use. Within Arcmap, you click on your feature to change the symbology. Then, you pick your color, which is where Color Selector Menu is located. 1. I can click on the More Colors... option to customize a specific color. I can then click on the large arrowhead pointing to the right, which is under the X to close the menu. Then, I can click the Save Color... and type in the color name. Is there a way to rename a saved color? For example, what if I misspelled it, but it is now in the color drop down list. 2. Is there a way to export my customized colors? 3. Within the Color Selector drop down that has all the colors, is there a way to rearrange these colors? I am wondering about rearranging my custom colors not the default ones. Thank you for your help!

Hi everyone! I have a question for you, and I am seeing what you do so that I can be more efficient with what I am doing now. I have two datasets. One is within ArcMap and the other is within Access. Both contain the same exact base data, but the Access dataset has some extra attributes. Currently, I have to update both of these datasets, and it isn't too much of a problem now. I know in the future it will become a big hassle. Normally, I would only maintain the ArcMap dataset, but my work has to have an Access dataset as well for other people who do not use ArcMap. I am looking for any ideas on what I should do so that I don't have to update both datasets. Thank you!

Hello, I would like to add more fields in the my example but was wondering if this is possible? I don't want to be restricted to only 3 value fields. Is there a way to add as many as I would like? If not, what are some ways to get around this that you do? I have 6 fields I would like to add here. Thank you for your help!

Hello community! I have a question that I can't seem to figure out. I find it very helpful to type in an address and being able to find it quickly. I use the World Geocode Service from ArcGIS to help me with this. All of a sudden though (for about 3 months now) it doesn't seem to work, and I am not sure why. Now when I type in an address, it does nothing after I press Enter. It used to find the address then I could right click the search bar and pan to it etc. Does anyone know what might have happened or what I can do to fix it? I am not Geocoding, but I do have enough credits in my ArcGIS Online account.

Hello, Now that you mention it, it seems that Data Driven Pages has something to do with it. I would like to zoom in on a specific page but keep the scale at 1 in = 100 ft. Would you have any idea how to zoom but keep that scale with DDPs? When I do zoom, it will change it to 1 in = 50 ft.

Oh no I'm not (10.2.2). I probably didn't explain my question well, but the map always prints at a 1 in = 50 ft scale (1:600). When I change the scale to 1 in = 100 ft, it will show it, but when I print it then changes it back to 1 in = 50 ft.

Hello, I would like to have our scale at 1 in = 100 ft. I can't seem to understand how to do this. Whenever I have change the Map Scale to 1 in = 100 ft and print it, the scale is at 1 in = 50 ft. I have typed in 1:1200 as well, and the same problem occurs. Here is a picture to help me explain it. If I change the reference scale in the data frame, does that change the overall scale when printing?

Hello, I was looking for the steps on how to create a versioned geodatabase? We will have multiple users within on geodatabase, and we would also like to mange/keep track of any edits. Does anyone know the steps for this or where I might find them? Also, is this only available with SDE? Thank you!

Richard, Thank you for taking the time to show me this spreadsheet. It is very helpful! Sometimes I just really over think something and make it more difficult. In this case, I really did that. I will consider this a lesson well learned!

Thank you both! I don't know about you all, but sometimes I just need to talk it through with someone. After doing just that, I figured it out. It took quite awhile, but it works! Thank you.

Hello again Richard! You helped me a lot out last time with a similar question I had. Let me try to explain it better. The "Set 1" and "Set 2" are 2 different columns. What it actually looks like is something similar to this... The numbers with the decimal are the Lat/Long coordinates. All of this data is within a column so there are a total of two columns. I can separate each of these values into their own column. For example, the lat would be in a column. The long would be in a column. The address would be in a column etc. Column 1 Column 2 32.432 84.342 110 Street 99 110 Street 33.432 85.342 111 Park 100 111 Park 36.432 89.342 112 Road 101 112 Road 22.432 54.342 113 Ave 102 113 Ave 72.432 14.342 114 Lane 103 114 Lane

Sephe, Unfortunately, I do need it in another database. I wish I could just add a new unique ID. Thank you for replying.
