Hi Steven, I did the same twice. I uninstalled ArcGIS Server, removed all the arcgis server folders from installation directory and then removed argis account. After new installation, the same problem persists. _ Kishore

It already exists. But It seems that "arcgis" folder in arcgis server installation directory is not mapped in IIS because all folders within IIS - Default Web SIte is accessible.

I disabled SSL 2. I browsed the site from other machine http://<ipaddress>/test.testpng it is working fine 3. Greetings All, I have installed ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 on Windows Server. The installation was successful however I could not access ArcGIS Server Manager. The following is the details: Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard ArcGIS Server Version: ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 Advanced Enterprise Browser: Internet Explorer 11 ArcGIS Server service is running. It seems, the port 6099 is being used. When I access the ArcGIS Server Manager, the following message is displayed. Error Message: “The page cannot be displayed” . Even if I use port 6099, the same error message is displayed. I have also tried using IP address but no luck. http://localhost:6080/arcgis/manager http://localhost:6099/arcgis/manager Request your support. Regards, Kishore

hi, I am using arccatelog10.1 to connect arcsde 9.3 using oracle direct connect. It took more than 60 sec to connect. I set up intercept log and found that tablelisttables command took 32 sec. under this command, i can see all tables which user has access in the database. I think as vangelo points out that it took time to read and analyse all tables. How can I improve? Through sql, i can connect in 2-3 sec. regards Kumar

Hi, I have installed arcsde 10 with oracle 11g and default storage configuration is ST_GEOMETRY. I imported my existing arcsde 9.3 database with default storage configuration as sde_binary. I am able to import all the layers using oracle dmp files. I also successfully upgraded database. But when I try migrate existing layer storage type from sde_binary to st_geometry, I got error as it is not supported on a view. I tried using gptool and arcsde command line and I got the same result. Please provide me solution. Regards Kumar

I registered my database using arccatelog successfully but whenever i try through arcgis server manager panel , It shows message "please wait while register geodatabase" but couldnt register. Now,when i try to publish it is copying all the data including images in folders which path is registered in server. How can i avoid copying the data to server?
