Hi Giosia, The problem I´m having is that I can see the point on the map with UTM coordinates 25831. However when I query a point or select the point, it does not show the geometry values, ether point or the values on UTMX and UTMY. On the query result, the values UTMX, UTMY should show a value as it is on the database. But it does not show when I do a query over the map service. That is the problem I´m having Thanks Luis Acedo

Im having a problem publishing a dynamic table with UTM X,Y fields and other fields. The problem is MapService does not present the correct value for each row, but it does display all points on map. The MapService is create with ArcMap document 10.2, the layer is a ODBC layer connected to a MySQL 5.3. I'm able to import the layer into ArcMap, defined the coordinated fields and create a map point feature layer within ArcMap. I'm also able to publish this layer to ArcGIS Server 10.5, and the layer is visible and quera-ble. If you have an idea of how to solve this problem please let me know Thanks Luis Acedo If you open the attaches images, you will see that ArcCatalog display all field. Following is the display of a query result asking for all feature on same layer though MapService. # records: 4 ID: null INDICATIU: 505 CONDUCTORS: 11/23/2017 1:53:24 PM DATAHORAGPS: -2191708800000 RUMB: 41.5283 LATITUD: 2.16427 LONGITUD: 430278 UTMX: 4597743 UTMY: null DATAHORAGPS80: null KM: null LITRES: null OBJECTID: 374 ID: null INDICATIU: 1543, 1526 CONDUCTORS: 11/23/2017 1:48:23 PM DATAHORAGPS: -2193609600000 RUMB: 41.817298 LATITUD: 2.842888 LONGITUD: 486951 UTMX: 4629503 UTMY: null DATAHORAGPS80: null KM: null LITRES: null OBJECTID: 1004 ID: null INDICATIU: 1299 CONDUCTORS: 11/23/2017 1:56:11 PM DATAHORAGPS: -2193609600000 RUMB: 41.817266 LATITUD: 2.84293 LONGITUD: 486955 UTMX: 4629500 UTMY: null DATAHORAGPS80: null KM: null LITRES: null OBJECTID: 1278 ID: null INDICATIU: 1290 CONDUCTORS: 11/23/2017 1:56:45 PM DATAHORAGPS: -2205273600000 RUMB: 41.637516 LATITUD: 2.407608 LONGITUD: 450662 UTMX: 4609701 UTMY: null DATAHORAGPS80: null KM: null LITRES: null OBJECTID: 2061

Hey, I have an application that we modified from a sample called ArcMap 2 SLD. The application is in VB.NET and it runs as as independent windows outside ArcMap (It is an exe) On this application the author uses AppROT to get the running ArcMap and obtain the map display. Which it works perfectly. However when I run my modification of his tool, I get an error right on: m_ObjAppROT = New AppROT The error I get is: Could not retrieve COM class generator for component with CLSID {FABC30FB-D273-11D2-9F36-00C04F6BC61A} Due to the following error: 80040111 ClassFactory can not supply the requested class The CLSID is for esriFramework AppROT Key. I´m having a problem installing ArcObject SDK 10.4. The install keeps asking me to have Visual Studio 2013 or 2015. This is the description. I had Visual Studio 2017, since I need Visual Studio 2015 for ArcObjects, I uninstall Visual Studio 2017, reboot my PC and install Visual Studio 2015. Then I rebbot once more to install ArcGIS Desktop and ArcObject SDk 10.4. The install for Visual Studio 2015 and ArcGIS Desktop was with no problem or warning. However when I install ArcObject SDK 10.4, I get a message of system requirements. The message is asking for Visual Studio 2013 or 2015. Now, I already have Visual Studio 2015. I don´t understand the system requirements message. Could anybody give my a hand, I cannot see the problem? Thanks Luis Acedo

Hello, Sorry, I do get the same error. I cannot get the ArcMap app open on PC. It stops on the same place of code sending an error. I´m trying to get user running ArcMap and create a SLD file from map document. It is simple process, and it works for ArcMap 10.1 with AppROT. However in ArcMap 10.4 does not work when creating AppROT object m_appObj = new AppROT is there a solution for this problem? Do I need to check PC system to see ArcMap running? From here how do I get the map document? Thanks Luis Acedo

I have created a silverlight 4 GIS application. When I run this application in our dev environment I have no error what so ever. But When I run the application in our test environment I get the error Code 4004. The only different between Test and dev is that the map services is secure, so I add the following users: gisadmin, gisusers, Guess, IIS-Guest, Domain01 - Everyone. Also, I have check IIS and I remove check window authentication for ArcGIS/rest and ArcGIS/services (and all subfolder under ArcGIS). I also have my clientaccess file which works for dev and test for cross domain. This file is completely open for all http or uri. I believe the problem is getting access to the map services, but I do not know what other local user or Domain user I need to add. Any suggestion? Thanks Luis Acedo
