We have heavy rain hazard maps for disaster control. This shows water flows in residential areas when heavy rainfall events occur. The visualization between 3D buildings would illustrate this very well. We already show flooding in 3D, but so far we can only show the direction of water flow using arrows. For the "normal user", a simulation with the flows would be very helpful.

The flow styles are available in 2D (Viewer). It would be nice if this style were also available in 3D to display water currents and wind directions on the 3D map.

Many thanks for the information - this is a good idea. ...what you can use Maplex for 🙂 In ArcGIS Pro Symbology has already been implemented. Unfortunately, this will probably no longer be done on the desktop.

sometimes I should select features (areas or lines) that overlaps another features (area) greater then 60%. At the moment you can select "within" or "intersect",... but not in percent.

it should be possible, to show the vertices of the features (with points or another symbol) from one ore more layers permanently (at the moment crtl + V in edit session) within the context menue from a layer inside the TOC. The beginning (first) and the end (last) vertices should be in another colour to different them from the other.
