As the commenter above implied - 5 years later and still not fixed. Biggest complaint we've had - we may revert to our MapServer installation for a section of clientele.. They just want to capture the screen without the panel in the way. Thats it - no fancy , flashy algorithms or widgets are higher on our list than this simple interface problem.

This may be the same issue we are having, if so it is a bug, but not on ESRI's priority list http://support.esri.com/bugs/nimbus/QlVHLTAwMDA5NjkxNA== Update from the analyst is below. - BUG-000096914 - Printing an external secure service with a limit usage on referrer URLs fails in the ArcGIS Online map viewer or application As you mentioned, closed as a duplicate of BUG-000098312 - BUG-000098312 - Printing service fails to print an ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS item that secured with limited access and credentials are embedded within it. Closed and fixed in 10.5. There was no additional information in bug notes. Therefore, you are correct, BUG-000096914(BUG-000098312) has a fix in 10.5. In the meantime, ArcGIS Server Manager Upload Patch does mention the fix for BUG-000098312. However, since there is no version 10.4, the customer will need to upgrade ArcGIS Server to 10.4.1 to apply the patch.

Has anyone worked on a 'Map Book' style widget for AGOL or Portal? the idea being that a user can specify a total coverage area, scale , and page size, and a 'Map book' pdf will be generated? there are a variety of enhancements that could then be considered, e.g. create index from an existing polygon feature class... etc... but if anyone has worked on the basic functionality it would be great to know. We are considering creating a geoprocessing service to do so, then calling it throguh the geoprocessing widget...

We are looking to implement the situational awareness widget, there are a couple of things that would make it even more useful, namely: Perhaps including 'Overlapping' as another type of Geometry operation like Nearest, Proximity etc... The CSV export including the source 'incident' Feature Name or other attribute Calling the incident something else e.g. 'Query Point' If the 'incident' feature is a polygon, including its overlap percentage with the other polygons. Another option might be to allow multiple 'incident' sites - but obviously this gives an exponential increase in results - although perhaps available when only choosing overlapping, not proximity.
