I was using a custom aerial image from 2015 for a Story Map application. Now I have a new image for 2017. After tiling the new image at the highest level of detail (20, Building) and publishing it as a hosted tile layer, and replacing the old image, I find I can’t zoom in as close as I could on the old image. The old image is set for "Room" as the highest level of detail. I don't see this setting when I create the new tile package. But the image disappears way before I get to Building detail, much less Room. Does anyone know why? I have tried setting the visible scale of the tile layer, but this does not solve the problem. Might it be the visible range of the image in ArcMap before sharing as a tile layer?

Does anyone know why? The old and the new images have almost the same visible ranges. I have tried setting the visible scale of the layer in the web map, but this does not solve the problem. Does anyone know why? The old and the new image have the same extents and almost the same visible ranges. I have tried setting the visible scale of the layer, but it won’t save. I have searched for other conversion threads on setting visible range, but they do not concern a tiled image. Any help would be most appreciated. Greets: Is it possible to export the data from a Story Map Tour in a way that includes long/lat data? I know I can export the table in ArcGIS desktop, but the long/lat data does not come with it. Reason for asking; I want a way to sequentially renumber the points in a rather complicated web map application: https://asdm.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapTour/index.html?appid=54b063f3cba845fb881c1f2d306e0664 Also, I think this would make a good back system for a story map. Bingo; It is a browser issue!Chrome is the big loser. I can't move points on either tablet with the chrome browser.IE on the surface pro allows me to move points but not on the Xperia. Firefox Chrome is the big loser. I can't move points on either tablet with the chrome browser. IE on the Surface Pro tablet allows me to move points, but not on the Xperia. The only way to move points on the Xperia is with Firefox! Complicated! Thanks, Adrian Mark

Addendum; this inability to move points is with our tablets. We can move points with a desktop computer.

I'm finding in impossible to accurately locate a point in Story Map Tour. The little window says "Move me around or change my color. I can easily change the color but the point will not move. Also when adding a new point, the location tab allows the input of decimal coordinates but only to three decimal places. For two points that are close together, this is not enough accuracy.

Hello; I want to move my existing Story Map from ArcGIS.com to our server so that I can add more than 99 map points. Is this possible? Can you direct me to the instructions for this. We are getting an error message when trying to add our 89th point in Story Map Tour(below). So what is meant by "reload the story (below)?" Hitting the reload button on the browser, doesn't solve the problem. Thank you.

There is a limit of 99 points if your Story Map is hosted by ArcGIS online. This link has a good explanation.
