Shana, I am still working through this issue. I have tried the Create Locator tool and publishing the GeoCode Service to ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 , as we have not yet upgrade to 10.7. I am still not getting the numbered streets to correctly populate in ArcMap even.

That's great that its fixed in Pro, however Spillman can't currently consume those locators.

Our dispatchers have been noticing a blue searching circle that lasts anywhere from 2 to 30 seconds with the rare occasion of it being longer. It started happening with the change to geovalidation. When a dispatcher receives a phone call or has a officer initiated call, they start to enter a call into spillman based on the address or intersection that is given. But before that call can be dispatched, the blue circle appears for the above specified time frame while spillman attempts to validate the address using a composite of the locators. Has anyone else had this issue and/or resolved it? We have been in touch with Spillman.

Alyssia, You can use the COGO tools to enter the linework. Select the linework and use Construct Polygons. It will take the linework and create a polygon from the linework.

Ricky, After you create a Traverse, you can use the Create polygon tool from that Traverse. Open the Construct Polygons You can select the traverse (that closes) using the Select Tool. Select the layer you want the feature in. Click construct Polygon at the bottom of the tool pane, and viola! you have a new polygon in that layer. See the link below for more information. http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/editing/construct-polygons-from-features.htm

Hello All just wanted to give an update. I am pretty happy with how ArcGIS Pro has come along. There is still a significant amount of work (as Amir has stated). However as such, we have begun to COGO and create polygons within ArcGIS Pro. If ESRI continues to include functionality such as the Utility Networks (former Geometric Networks) and the Grid to Ground Corrections. I can see Pro becoming a really good asset. If anyone has any questions please let me know n here I would be glad to help explain what we have done.

So here after some testing here is what I found. The Table to Domain tool in ArcGIS Catalog can corrupt the created domain during its construction thus causing the error in the fields tab. I had to hand build the domain from the table and this allowed the fields tab to work. I have let a solutions engineer at ESRI know about this issue.

I have the latest version of ArcGIS Pro 2.1.1. When utilizing 2.1 I could view the fields tab. With the latest version that is now delivers an unknown error with no explanation. I am currently going to uninstall 2.1.1 and roll back to 2.1 and see if it works again. Does anyone else have an issue with this?

Sandy, It took me several days with Amir's help to finally get it rolling. The Traverse Tool Documentation isn't super intuitive. However, once you learn it does become easier to use. One example is for non tangent curves: Non-tangent Curves Example: For non-tangent curves such as 99.06 feet on the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 516.00 feet, a central angle of 11°00' 00", a chord bearing of North 49° 13' 15" West, a chord length of 98.91 feet." To enter a non-tangent curve using chord bearing using the description above: Here is what you would type: 1. Direction Column: 49.1315 cb ENTER 2. Distance Column: TAB 3. Radius: 516.00 (right turns are positive, left are negative) ENTER 4. Chord Bearing: 98.91 ENTER I added this to our own internal documentation to help clear this issue up.

No, I created a new file geodatabase named it COGO_Lines (arbitrary). Then I brought it into ArcGIS Pro and ran the Enable COGO tool on it from inside ArcGIS Pro. That seemed to correct the discrepancy with the measurements.

Juliette, I noticed thatwith some of the SDE databases such as what I have been working on with ArcGIS Pro in regards to the COGO functionality. I was only getting 2/3rds of the entered distance. Once I recreated the COGO Databases (in ArcGIS Pro) I was able to get the correct distances that I wanted. Matt Hoffman

Amir, Do you know how Non-tangent Curves would work under the new Traverse Tool or point me in the right direction. I was able to get tangent curves to function (which the intuitive curve system is nice!), however I am having issues with Non-Tangent Curves still.
