All of the files i've run so far have worked except for the one, and all have this as the prj: GEOGCS["GCS_North_American_1983",DATUM["D_North_American_1983",SPHEROID["GRS_1980",6378137.0,298.257222101]],PRIMEM["Greenwich",0.0],UNIT["Degree",0.0174532925199433]] I will try projecting to Lambert and see if that helps, as well as putting the shp on the desktop.

I have the data stored on the local drive, and has a prj (nad83). I'm not sure if it's the number of points causing the issue or some other factor that isn't obvious. The file that I'm having a hard time with is a set of points throughout south-western Ontario (800,000+). I'm also running the same process on a file of 1.1 million points for Alberta and I haven't come across any issues yet.

I'm trying to create Thiessen polygons from 800,000+ points, and I keep getting error "000261:Cannot add point features to tin." I used to be able perform this function on an older version of arcmap with no problems, but version 10.1 can't handle it. Any ideas on how to make it work? Is there a maximum number of points? Any and all help is appreciated.
