Hi Craig Thanks for getting back to me and Jenna The issue occurs when we are in the dispatcher's map creating an assignment, on Chrome (Windows 10) and try to search for an address. We type ni the address, click the spy glass and nothing is returned. Do you get the same issue? Thanks Jamie

Hi there, I have just downloaded the ArcGIS Earth application and I had hoped to be able to roll this out to planners and other teams within our department. However, the resolution never changes when I zoom in from the initial globe view. When I try to add any background maps(for instance World Imagery) from AGOL I get the error message "Proxy Authentication Required." How would I get around resolving this issue and displaying the advantages or ArcGIS Earth to the team? Thanks all Jamie

Hi Gregory, The first 2 templates loaded no problem (and looked fantastic) but the third link didnt. When I inspected the element on Chrome I saw the error message "Failed to load resource. Good Afternoon everyone, I have asked a few members of my team to have a go at creating interesting story map tours for Golf Courses and a festival in our authority. However, whenever anyone tries to access the template we are all getting the page loading bars and nothing else. All other templates work fine but not the one we actually have a demand for. Has anyone else experienced this? It seems like the page is being blocked for some reason. Does anyone have a way to resolve or is it (as I fear) down to our internal firewall? Thanks Jamie
