Open your web map and go to 'Configure Pop-up' for your problem layer(s) - check that 'Show feature attachments as links' is ticked.

Have you tried closing and re-opening ArcGIS Pro? I've just seen it ignore changes I've been making to my scripts when using this kind of 'import' setup - specifically ignoring changes to the code I'm importing but seeing changes to the code doing the import. I closed and re-opened Pro and it started working as expected, until I made more changes. Seems like it's caching imported code somehow?

Generate Near Table documentation says: The same feature class or layer may be used as both input and near features. In this situation, the input feature being evaluated is excluded from the near features candidates to avoid all features being closest to themselves. I have just verified this is what happens too, with some of my own data.

Have your tried removing the duplicate layer and retesting? Duplicate layers weren't supported offline in classic Collector so Aurora may have the same issue.

From what I can see, camera extents only work correctly with map frames within layouts. This is with a project with one map, one layout and one map frame in the layout.. p = arcpy.mp.ArcGISProject("current") l = p.listLayouts()[0] f = l.listElements()[0] f.camera.getExtent().upperLeft <Point (436809.68803366175, 433075.2979928817, #, #)> .. navigate in the layout's map frame.. f.camera.getExtent().upperLeft <Point (437874.1306022081, 432917.17427798914, #, #)>

Sounds like a problem with your specific map and / or device - I have a Pixel 2 XL and Collector works in offline mode. Logging a support case would probably be the best way forward.

Have you tried navigating to the feature service through Chrome - e.g. https://www.yourdomain.com/arcgis/rest/services/... - to see if you can get to it that way?

Could it be that you're accessing ArcGIS Online through a secure (HTTPS) URL, but you're trying to add a non-secure (HTTP) WMS to your map? This scenario doesn't work for me, but I don't get the same error as you so it might not be that.

My solution would look something like this: def street_name_fix(StreetName):
replacements = {'RD': 'ROAD',
'CIR': 'CIRCLE',
'DR': 'DRIVE',
'LN': 'LANE',
'CT': 'COURT',
'PL': 'PLACE',
'ST': 'STREET',
'BLVD': 'BOULEVARD'}
StreetName = StreetName.upper().strip().rstrip('.')
try:
return '{} {}'.format(' '.join(StreetName.split()[:-1]), replacements[StreetName.split()[-1]])
except IndexError:
return StreetName
except KeyError:
return StreetName

It is failing because you are .split-ing a string that contains a single whitespace in to a list - the result of this is an empty list. >>> a = u" " >>> a.split() []
