These groups can be set as private or public so you have complete control over who sees the information who have created and posted. Della When you use Snap2Map you have to sign in to your AGOO. If you have each of your students as publisher level members of your AGOO then they will all have My Content Folders that you as the administrator can access. Now you can share each person maps and images and then assemble them into one map. Hi Allison This is really easy to accomplish. You can use the "collector feature service layer" as a map for the App you create and configure it so people can see the data and get the information pop-up when they click on it but not edit the data. At the same time you can use the same "collector feature service layer" with the students collecting/creating and updating data points, lines or polygons. I believe they are actually just saying "Zoom your Map to the area of interest" and nothing more complicated! As an example if you were working with data for say the City of Detroit. You would want to zoom your map, and the map products your produce, to reasonably close area around Detroit to best illustrate what you are trying to show. ... View more
