Actually, I don't retain the geoprocessing history longer than 2 weeks on my computer. But, I thought this was on a workstation level. Is the geoprocessing history retained on an enterprise level?

How do you clear the geoprocessing history? The VM is 10 Gigabit and SSD.

Yes, I am aware of database management for a versioned database. The database versions are reconciled, posted and compressed nightly to one state. And I rebuild and analyze all the indexes on a weekly basis. thanks again.

Yes. Users are sometimes having issues with editing. Edit cursor will not snap or snaps very slowly, redraws and labelling can sometimes be painfully slow. The 'Prod' SQL Instance (which I am referencing here) has a set max of 10GB. Another 'Dev' Instance on the same server has a max of 2GB and that leaves the OS with 4 GB. I will ask our Server Admin to add an additional 16GB of RAM to up the machine to 32GB of RAM. I will then set the 'Prod' instance to max at 20-24 GB and see how that works. Thanks for your help. Rex, I have a similar situation to what George described with his SQL database. I ran the queries that you provided above and determined the database that is using the most memory and the feature classes of that database that are using the most memory, but once I gather this information how can I determine if I need more RAM on the server? I can restart the Server to reduce SQLs RAM usage, but it becomes pegged to 10GB within 2-3 days. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Server Specs Windows Server 2012 R2 SQL 2014 SP1 16 GB of RAM 10 GB of RAM allocted to SQL Thanks, Richard

I had this same labeling issue today on only one computer out of 75+ users. User was using .pmf that is used everyday and the last time it was updated was 3 months ago. Labels for parcels and streets would not show up. Based on Ann Howland experience above, I thought I would just copy the .pmf and rename it instead of republishing the pmf. I left it in the same location on our network drive. The only thing different about the .pmf was the name. The test worked. All the labels showed up and works as it should. I have no idea why? I need to make a connection to our Enterprise SQL GIS database to view a Feature Class and a stand alone table as they exist in a specific version of the database. I know about versioned views, but they seem to just access the current state of the Default version of the data. I want to access the current state of a child of the Default version. I am trying to connect to the feature class and table to show a grid view of the records in a non GIS web application. Is it possible to connect to a table and feature class table in a specific version of our versioned GIS database? Thanks.

Neil and Darren hit the nail on the head. I changed the "NUMBE" field to "Count" and the code ran perfectly. Thanks!

I can't get this script to work. I am trying to create create a script that takes a point file with a single point representing a location and a field in its table "UNIT_NUMBE" and create duplicate points for that single point based on the value in this "UNIT_NUMBE" field. Attached is the script that I have so far: It bails out at line 28 or the line that reads CountRange = range(InRow.count) I get a runtime error: Row: Field count does not exist Anyone help me with this. Thanks in Advanced.
