How would I go about capturing/collecting what language each survey was taken in? We are collecting contact info of people seeking to get the Covid-19 vaccine when it becomes available to them. If they take the survey in Hindi/Spanish/English/etc. we want to reach out in the same language when their time to get scheduled arrives. I envision a hidden text field that uses the pulldata function in the calculation field of the survey tab. After that I'm lost as to how to request the data I'm looking for. Any help would be appreciated. All solution ideas are welcomed. Thanks! Great feature! ~Becky

Thank you soooo much Fasil! That is what I was looking for! I'm going to ask a follow up here, since you were so responsive and knowledgeable. How do I turn the iframe background transparent instead of dark gray so that I can effectively wrap the frame to the dynamic infographic and have as much background image as possible. I'm looking for a similar appearance and interaction experience to that of creating a chart in Dashboard and bringing it into a Hub site, but with the Community Analyst data and an infographic. Thanks, ~Becky

I appreciate being able to make it transparent, but is there a way to remove it entirely? The interactive part of the infographic that I want is for the end user to be able to hover over the bars of my chart and see additional info (see below). I'm trying to put this into a Hub Premium site I'm developing. The the top banner part of the infographic takes away from the desired appearance of the page.

Michael, When is support for viewing related record attachments in a web map/app pop-ups going to be implemented? Is it on the roadmap? For what quarter? We need to know in order to plan for our projects and our agency. Please let this community know. We've been asking on this thread since August of 2016. Thanks, Becky

I'm having this same issue while trying to create a new event in hub premium. I get the following error message: I tried creating the event using my normal AGO account, but can't seem to link it to the initiative in our Hub Community account. How do I bridge this gap? Thanks, ~Becky

I'm struggling to find the Hub Premium equivalent to AGO's Organization --> Members tab. https://<organizationname>.maps.arcgis.com/home/organization.html?view=table&sortOrder=desc&sortField=lastlogin&app=#members Can someone let me know where it is? Also, is their a PDF manual for the inner workings of how to configure all of the different aspects of Hub Premium? There are quite a few broken links in the Hub online documentation. Thanks, Becky

We are considering getting GeoEvent for our county. One use we would potentially like to use it for is tracking ballots as they travel to and from the polling locations. We have 305 polling places, and this feature would only be used 2 or 4 days out of the year (2 days for each election). That said we don't want or need a full fledged, fleet tracking gps setup. Each polling location has a MiFi that travels with the equipment. I'm wondering if the MiFi could be paired with an inexpensive GPS toggle or device of some kind that could report back it's location? Does anyone know what might work in this situation? Thanks, Becky

Hi Randall, We are looking into 2FA or MFA for our forested network as well to use in ArcGIS Portal. Has there been any further progress on implementing this in AG Portal over the last year? Thanks, Becky

Thank you for the response Craig. All users would have their own mobile device/named user account. They would need to be able to log evidence found in the field using Survey123. It would be nice to only allow a team lead of our choosing to start and complete the assignment, but it would be okay if multiple users can start and complete tasks. All we need to be able to see in the back office app is all user locations during a search, which I think is already a feature. Thanks again, ~Becky

Craig, I'm working with our county's Search and Rescue Chief to develop an application that allows him to assign a missing person search to a number of search teams at the same time. There is likely up to 8 search teams with multiple members in each team. So, the idea of being able to dispatch assignments to multiple groups of users, and/or multiple users from the same assignment is at the crux of this project idea. All of the searchers need to know the details of who they are looking for, as well as have easy access to the picture of the missing person - an assignment. Please put this on the list for the next release. I've gone through previous threads and it seems that this type of functionality has been requested for over 2 years. Thanks, ~Becky

I am a Python newbie and just implemented this in our organization for a Survey123 project. Thank you so much for making this code so easy to follow and available to everyone! It's a game changer for those responsible for monitoring intermittent, crowd-sourced data. I am having one problem with the first link in the email that is sent out. It looks like: You are receiving this e-mail because features have been added in: https://services.arcgis.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/arcgis/rest/services/survey123_f9325b9628d7403f8ebdf0ac9150893e/FeatureServer0 I get the following error message. The link needs a token at the end to open correctly. It should look something like this: https://services.arcgis.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/arcgis/rest/services/survey123_f9325b9628d7403f8ebdf0ac9150893e/FeatureServer?token=NTelwbKPuvneQXBn7yLzcNyqjSHaVxDs46mdUD1lUp6IE7niWFMWO4hdfopWqcz0rqVaWcoFwlHOuKAxtO4MhyV3AS5iUcAey_yopsq6-64jpIhCEyf37dHEXaMnJNlHgZ23IuDk79KEftW17EezZC_8IGJ5JGWckb_22rE6m3uQb3AasBhj8u4XIzpxzPjFwBbbBWAVzplZf4_j2FUxLWbYW3vUaO4DfizyIgdyTOn_9qHzEWRd6qWZvLW8s_-O Any thoughts on how to generate the necessary token at the end of the link in the email? Thanks, Becky
