When I select parcels to adjust a point, I select the Transform Parcels tool and then try to use the Move Parcel Point button but nothing happens. Could it be related to the fact that the LGM is extremely slow when in an SDE environment?

Thank you. I've got the sp's in for 10.1 and parcels still disappear when merging and parcel remainder still does not work. Another problem is that curves sometimes become straight lines.

Parcel editing is getting very frustrating. It took forever in 10.0 to figure out what was going on but then after changing to 10.1 parcels won't merge i.e., one of the two parcels is duplicated and the other disappears. One cannot adjust individual vertices. And parcel remainder doesn't work at all. I've put in a lot of time constructing parcels in a parcel fabric without the aid of a straightforward manual or tutorial. The online tutorials refer to things that don't work or don't exist. I'm getting ready to tell the boss forget the parcel fabric. Drawing polygons using topology and annotating by hand worked and took far less time. Anybody else feel the same?

I just updated to 10.1 and I have the same problem................one of the parcels disappears. The disppearing parcel appears to become a duplicate of the remaining parcel and lies on top of it. Another problem is that in 10.0 individual points could be moved when a parcel is unjoined and then joined again. In 10.1, you can't move individual points around. I have to admit, this parcel fabric business is very frustrating and not really worth converting to. It's "clunkier" to use and takes far longer to use than the old polygons and topologiy.

We are beginning to change over from topology to parcel fabric for our taxmapping and in making our way through the whitepaper on the topic of loading data into the fabric we've come across an add-in that doesn't seem to exist, i.e. Add-in: Split lines at inflection points and create circular arcs. We click on the link, it takes us to the add-in gallery but it is not listed in the gallery, nor can we seem to find it anywhere else. Does it no longer exist? Or is it stored somewhere else? Thanks, Bob
