Need support for drawing line features in Portal and AGOL with better accuracy in terms of lenght and direction. We are hoping to use Portal to create a simple utility layout and design tool. We need a mechanism to draw pipes and conductors to specific lenghts. One option might be to dynamically display the segment lenght as the feature's endpoint is being positioned. The ability to enter a specific lenght and azimuth, similar to parametric dimensioning would be most useful. It would be nice to see this a core editing functionality in AGOL and Portal, but an editing widget for WAB or enhancement to the Smart Editor would be a good start. Without landbase references or GPS markers, it is difficult to draw a 300ft line at 45 degrees within the web portals. The measurement tool is not much help, it requires additional clicks and the measurements disappear once you enter edit mode.

We have considered using Collector to record storm damage and asset inventory for an electric utility. There are several key attributes that are can be answered with simple Yes/No responses. Our test schema uses a coded domain field with Yes and No values. Currently it take multiple clicks/taps to set the field value. 1)Tap the attribute field and a dialog window opens displaying the domain options; 2)Select "Yes" from the domain list; 3)Confirm selection and close dialog window by tapping "Done". This all take time and over hundreds of data points, slows down field collection. We would like to see more advanced form controls in Collector. Survery123 does have some nice options that hopefully could be ported over to the Collector app. I'm unsure if Boolean data types are supported in ArcMap/Server for use as attribute values. We would set False/No as the default and the user would simply toggle those fields to True/Yes as appropriate.

Add Excel-like table sort and filter options to ArcGIS Online's and Portal's attribute table. Include the relevant text, number, and date filtering options like Starts With, Contains, Greater Than, Between, Last Week, Current Year, etc. Also include multiple select check box option. Saving web map should also save filter set parameters.

Does Explorer for ArcGIS (iOS) support side-loading tile packages (tpk). This can be done in Collector, but I don't see the same functionality in Explorer. Will this capability be added and will it support the just released vector tile format, either online hosted services and offline vtpk?

When can we expect to see Collector capable of using vector tiles (created from Pro 1.2)? Could they be consumed as a hosted service basemap or operational layer from either AGOL or on-premise Portal? Will the vector tile packages be downloadable and taken offline or side-loadable in the form of a vtpk file?

Support Yes/No or True/False sliders or checkboxes on Collector forms. This would be particularly helpful in quickly collecting damage assessment information and would be faster than using picklist domains.
