When I attempt to add a polygon with map notes (Insert Tab-Layer Templates) I get the message C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\Resources\LayerTemplates\Gallery\en-US\Simple_3_Polygon_MapNotes.lpkx. The operateion was attmpted on empty geometry. I can navigate to that layer package. It opens and I can use Map Notes in that project, but not in my current one.

I went through the steps of installing the ArcGIS Pro SDK in Visual Studio 2017 Community. When I got to the step to verify the installation, by starting a New Project, there is no listing of the templates, even though I see they are installed under Tools - Extensions and Updates.

I have this issue now as well. I created a map, used 100 credits to geocode addresses, saved the Excel document, and when I came back in, the map is not there. The "Go to Map" button is grayed out. I had 2 maps, map1 and map2. When I Add New Map, a blank map named map3 pops up, so somewhere in Excel is stored that I already made 2 maps. Where are they? Thanks, Steve

I have a system set up with 10 servers. I have 4 sites, with 2 machines in each site. I have an internal web server and an external web server with IIS containing web adaptors. The first 3 sites installations went without a problem. I installed ArcGIS Server on all the machines, clustered the 2 machines per site, created the web adaptors, connected them to an internal web server. When I got to the last site, I loaded ArcGIS server, just like before, and I got the error the config-store connection failed, and that the specific location in not accessible. Ensure that ArcGIS Server account has read and write access to the location. I have my config-store and directories on a file share. My admin account that I used to load AGS has full permissions to those folders. I know this because the folders for each site are located in the same directory. I had this issue with the first server in the site, and I had my server guy rebuild the server from a saved backup. I did a clean install on a clean server and it worked. So I thought I had the problem solved, but when I went to add a second machine to that site, I get the same error. Had the server guy do the same thing, restore the server from a saved image. Nothing. We tried this 3 times. The issue I can't explain is the exact same process has been done on 7 machines, and on the 8th (and last), it sending this error. I have also tried creating the config store locally on the server machine, and then trying to edit the location, and that does not work, same error. I can connect to the unc path through windows explorer, so I know the server can see the file server. Any help would be appreciated. Very frustrating. I have attached a screen shot of the system error, and a diagram of our architecture.

Do you have to download the application to your local server? Can you do it directly on ArcGIS Online? I would assume not. Thanks again

How do you add a custom widget to Web App Builder? I looked at the help, and it started by stating to hover over the new widget, but how does it get there? I downloaded the zip file, but what now? Thanks

I have a field called Address. And example of a record in that field is 900 Main St. I need to get "Main" into a field called Street Name. I already parsed out the street number(900) and the street type (St), but can't figure out how to do the name. I'm working in ArcMap, so I would like to do it right in the table field calculator. I have over 7,000 records I need to do this to. Thanks

I too am having problems. With Flexviewer 1.0, it was easy to add your own data, just change the path. But when I do here, I can't see my data. My data is in NAD83, so I deleted the ESRI urls, and added my own. My service is cached. I have pasted the code below. <map initialextent="-14083000 3139000 -10879000 5458000" top="40"> <basemaps> <layer label="Basemap" type="tiled" visible="true" alpha="1" url="http://map/ArcGIS/rest/services/PlanningAndZoning/CountyBasemap/MapServer"/> </basemaps> <operationallayers> </operationallayers> </map> I got rid of the operational layers also. I didn't change the initial extent either. Should I have? I have pasted in my document information below from my rest services.
