Hi Rory, This might be an issue similar to one I've been having. Something to do with issues with the stakeholder view of the hosted feature class. Try this technical article solution. hopefully it fixes things! https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000016667 Hope that helps, Scott

Hi Chris, Thanks! That actually helped me clean up how I had users uploading the PDF's - limiting what they see to upload is perfect. Unfortunately, the issue I really need to solve is using the attached PDF's that users already uploaded into the survey and embedding them into the report function. I need the individual reports created from a selected record to list all the info from that record in the survey, including the attached PDFs. I can get images to go into the report, but not the PDFs. Thanks, Scott

I have a survey that has some PDF files to be uploaded for each location. When I go to create a report for each record, I want to embed that PDF, as-is, inside the report. Is this doable and I'm missing something in the documentation (most likely)? The report template seems to really want images, not PDFs, kind of like the surveys before we were able to specify "file" type to directly allow PDF uploads. I see you can extract metadata from the PDF into the report, but I want the file itself in there. Thanks, Scott

Thanks Zach - this is a refresh of an older Survey and I don't recall the body::esri:style field being there at that time. That does the trick - exactly what I was looking for. Oddly, that refresh caused some alignment issues in other parts of the Survey, but that should be an easy fix.

I have a Survey created in Connect and published. When I open the Survey in web browser the basemap defaults to USGS topo (too busy for what I need). Can I use a custom URL in a webpage to call the Survey and simultaneously force the basemap choice?

Hi Gustavo, I'm getting the same issues on my Survey that just went live today. Chrome just won't return the date/time. Edge is broken as well since it is now based on Chromium. The rest (IE, Firefox and Safari) all work just fine on the web client. Scott

Thanks, Phil. I'll post the idea. That was the hope for an easy solution. Is there a way to access the total number of rows in the survey from the XLS form? Thanks, Scott

Hi All, Is there a way to cutoff a Survey once a given number of public entries are made? I see that there is an option to limit entries to one-per-user, but I need to have the survey open until, for example, 100 entries have been received. Once the threshold is reached, I want to shut the survey off automatically. Thanks, Scott

Hi Tom, Can you point me to a thread in Ideas so I can upvote this issue? If one does not exist, I'll make one. This is basic stuff that should've been in ages ago. Thanks, Scott

Thank you, Wendy. That's got me on the right track! Just as an aside, the fact that you can *only* get to the Annotation Feature Class Properties tab through catalog and not from contents/properties is simply baffling and non-intuitive to me. Maybe it is 18 years of ArcMap UI talking, but I imagine that to be a non-unique bias for longtime GIS folks that are new Pro users. Cheers, Scott p.s. The same info was in the Support pages, but it was still not clear to me that you had to go through Catalog. That tidbit is kinda buried. Suggest ESRI add more screenshots to the support pages for clarity.

I have annotation established in ArcGIS Pro (2.1.3) that I set up originally as label classes where three classes of text were set up with different colors for leaderlines and the corresponding outline of the framing box for the text. This box had a white background. The annotation took this stuff great, but afterwards I found that I need to change the background color for certain annotations from white to another color. How/where do I edit this in ArcGIS Pro? Thanks, Scott
