Please provide download capabilities to non-hosted federated services on ArcGIS Portal hub sites! I've had so much frustration the past few years trying to provide downloads to our member governments and the public through ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS online. The only way we can have our federated services have download capabilities active is to register each service in ArcGIS online and share to an Open Data group. I was able to setup a distributed collab with our ArcGIS Portal to push services from our Portal to an Open Data group on ArcGIS online...but it'd be nice to use our ArcGIS Portal Hub site instead of depending on ArcGIS Online. If this is not feasible, I'm curious to know the technical hurdles. Does it have something to do with Koop? I mean, the feature services are the same wether they are 'hosted' or federated. Sorry, I'm just salty.

All features and field names show up when converting the MapService JSON to Shapefile/CSV. Missing field names in the WFS output format as CSV is the issue.

Has anyone been able to successfully get a MapServer/WFSServer outputformat Shape+Zip functioning on their Federated ArcGIS Server? I've tried multiple things and checked my logs to no avail...Also, the CSV outputformat is not showing all field names...very weird. All other output formats from WFS working like a champ. Running 10.7.1, Federated Server WFS 2.0.0 https://arcgis.dvrpc.org/portal/services/Transportation/BicycleCounts/MapServer/WFSServer?request=GetFeature&service=WFS&typename=Transportation_BicycleCounts:BicycleCounts&outputFormat=SHAPE%2BZIP https://arcgis.dvrpc.org/portal/services/Transportation/BicycleCounts/MapServer/WFSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WFS&version=2.0.0 Formatting URL with encoded + as %2B and no dice, returns a server error Could not access any server machines. Please contact your system administrator. Here's the CSV issue https://arcgis.dvrpc.org/portal/services/Transportation/BicycleCounts/MapServer/WFSServer?request=GetFeature&service=WFS&typename=Transportation_BicycleCounts:BicycleCounts&outputFormat=CSV https://arcgis.dvrpc.org/portal/services/Transportation/BicycleCounts/MapServer/WFSServer?request=GetFeature&service=WFS&typename=Transportation_BicycleCounts:BicycleCounts&outputFormat=CSV%2BZIP

Is there a way to hide map image layers from everyone in Portal while still keeping feature layers visible and functional? Let's face it, map image layers are pretty much useless. I have a federated server/portal setup with layers added from registered enterprise geodatabase datastores (not the 'hosted' datastore). I've tried to un-share the map image layer while sharing the feature layers to Everyone/Portal and it turns off feature layer functionality to the portal. Is this because I'm using a federated setup? This is super annoying. Is there something I'm missing?

So I'm having an issue where I'm trying to automate publishing a feature service to AGO using python where it's failing at the analyze during StageService_server ([{"code":"00129","message":"Map has layers that record Editor Tracking dates in database time zone, but time zone has not been defined","object":"Map"}]). The layers successfully publish using ArcGIS Pro 2.4 when setting the Date Field configuration to the appropriate time zone (as I'm using database time). I'm assuming there is no Date Field configuration with CreateWebLayerSDDraft as it's not in the documentation. Am I missing something? Is there a work around that anyone knows about? I'm messing around with the sddraft configuration and setting <PropertySetProperty xsi:type='typens:PropertySetProperty'><Key>hasEditorTrackingDatesInDbTimezone</Key><Value xsi:type='xs:string'>true</Value></PropertySetProperty> Doesn't seem to help

I've been having an issue publishing feature services from 10.3.1 to ArcGIS online where it hangs at "Server-side post processing". Service definition seems fine. A co-worker in the same org was having the same problem with different data. I've searched and couldn't find anything. I have no problems publishing to our internal server. When logging in to see if it published it's just this we see. I've also tried uploading the service definition and building the service in ArcGIS online and it does the same exact thing. We have plenty of credits and I am an administrator. Thoughts why this would break all of a sudden?

Long story short. I unregistered the replica in my service that I was using to sync data using the collector app on an iPad using an ESRI hosted feature service. I tried re-creating a replica but can't seem to set the same replica ID. My attempt to export the .geodatabase file to XML workspace and upload to a new geodatabase on my computer failed with errors like a row with OID already exists, Field not editable. Is there any other way to recreate the replica or successfully convert the .geodatabase file to .gdb?
