I am having the same problem with our JS applications. Our production, stage, and other environments use ESRI's CDN. I can go to the CDN in my browser and see the script there but they are not accessible by the applications.

Hello, I need to be able to check the formats of some string fields while collecting or editing a feature in the ArcGIS Mobile for Windows app. If the format is incorrect then I need to alert the user that it needs to be fixed. Are there any examples of how this is done? Thanks, Scott Dickison Kentucky Transportation Cabinet

I'm going to have to put this on the back burner today. I've got some other project demands that I have to meet. I'm going to flag this in my calendar so I can revisit this because I'd really like to get these dijits working with our basemap.

I tried to this yesterday evening and was unable to get it work. I followed your example code and was able to get the exact opposite to occur. This time I was able to see the imageserver service but not the tiled one. This is acting like they're in two different spatial references but they are both wkid: 102763. I'm not sure if this is a bug as much as it is that I'm not doing something right.

I can switch over to the Basemap Gallery if necessary but it seemed to be a bit too much since I only had the two layers that I'm dealing with.

I'm defining two basemaps in version 3.12 of the Javascript API as follows: esriBasemaps.kytcbase = {
baseMapLayers: [{ url: "http://maps.kytc.ky.gov/arcgis/rest/services/BaseMap/KYTCBaseMap/MapServer" }], title: "Basemap",
thumbnailUrl: "http://maps.kytc.ky.gov/arcgis/rest/services/BaseMap/KYTCBaseMap/mapserver/info/thumbnail"
};
esriBasemaps.imagery = {
baseMapLayers: [{ url: "http://kyraster.ky.gov/arcgis/rest/services/ImageServices/Ky_NAIP_2012_1M/ImageServer" }], title: "Imagery",
thumbnailUrl: "http://kyraster.ky.gov/arcgis/rest/services/ImageServices/Ky_NAIP_2012_1M/ImageServer/info/thumbnail"
}; Both of these services have the same spatial reference. What I'm trying to do is use these in the BasemapToggle dijit. The tiled map service displays correctly but the ImageServer service doesn't draw. The error that gets returned is: TypeError: Unable to get property '_getInfo' of undefined or null referenceTypeError: Unable to get property '_getInfo' of undefined or null reference My question is: Are ImageServer services allowed to be used as basemaps?

I have a large application that I'm trying to move to the 3.10 version of the JavaScript API. The application is currently on version 3.8. When I change the references around in he header I began receiving the following errors in Chrome: Errorinfo: Objectmessage: "multipleDefine"src: "dojoLoader"stack: (...)get stack: function () { [native code] }set stack: function () { [native code] }__proto__: d and in Firefox: Error: multipleDefine c()/3.10/ (line 15) Ka()/3.10/ (line 36) Ya/<()/3.10/ (line 37) f()/3.10/ (line 15) Ya()/3.10/ (line 37) qa/h()/3.10/ (line 34) p.injectUrl/f<()/3.10/ (line 39) The resource from this URL is not text: http://js.arcgis.com/3.10/ I'm also using the following: jquery 1.9.1, jqueryUI 1.10.4, Knockout 3.2.0, and modernizr 2.7.1. Other than changing the script and stylesheet from 3.8 to 3.10, nothing has changed. Does anyone have any ideas what causes this?

have you tried set connection Runtime (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.data.entityclient.entityconnectionstringbuilder.aspx) Thanks Ciava! This is what I ended up doing and everything is working as it's supposed to now. Scott Dickison Kentucky Transportation Cabinet

Good afternoon, I'm attempting to utilize an entity framework within an SOE. I'm developing on Visual Studio 2010. The SOE successfully deploys but when called returns the error: The specified named connection is either not found in the configuration, not intended to be used with the EntityClient provider, or not valid. Has anyone ever encountered this before? Thanks, Scott Dickison Kentucky Transportation Cabinet

Good afternoon, Does anyone have any example code or can point me in the direction of some example code for calling a Server Object Extension from an ArcGIS Mobile app? I'm trying to call an existing SOE from a custom task and I'm not having any luck. What I've tried so far is using the JSON.NET JSON framework to call it with HTTPWebRequest and HTTPWebResponse which has not proven successful. string uri = @"http://kytcmaps.******.*****.****/ArcGIS/rest/services/MeasuredRoute/MapServer/exts/KYTCGISREST/InCorpBounds";
string url = uri + string.Format("?X={0}&Y={1}&f=pjson", C.X.ToString(), C.Y.ToString());
HttpWebRequest request1 = (HttpWebRequest)WebRequest.Create(url);
request1.Timeout = 60000;
request1.Method = "GET";
string jsonString = string.Empty;
using (HttpWebResponse response1 = (HttpWebResponse)request1.GetResponse())
{
Stream responseStream1 = response1.GetResponseStream();
using (StreamReader reader1 = new StreamReader(responseStream1))
{
jsonString = reader1.ReadToEnd();
reader1.Close();
}
}
CityInfo CI = JsonConvert.DeserializeObject<CityInfo>(jsonString);
Any suggestions are appreciated. Scott Dickison Senior Developer GIS Support Services Office of Information Technology Kentucky Transportation Cabinet 200 Mero St, W4 Frankfort, KY 40622

Thanks for the responses. Sorry for not being clear. I can write to a shape file with no problem. I want to write the results to in_memory featureclass like you can do when manualy calling the geoprocessing. Geoprocessor gp = new Geoprocessor(); CopyFeatures copyFeatLay = new CopyFeatures(); copyFeatLay.in_features = featureClass; copyFeatLay.out_feature_class = "In_Memory\Test";// or "Myworkspace\Test" gp.Execute(copyFeatLay, null); Were you able to figure out how this was done? I'm attempting to do something similar.
