Hi, thanks for your reply, we have a few staff members who have gone back to the office but mainly working from home still. The issue seems to be consistent whether at home or in the office (I have tried both) We haven't changed any settings and the dashboards need to be public as we don't want to use up accounts just for viewing a dashboard.

Hi, I have a few dashboards which were working perfectly until recently. They are now asking for the user to login to AGOL even though the dashboard and data is shared publically. We use dashboards quite a lot to pass results from Survey123 or FieldMaps to managers in an easy to consume format. All data (either from S123 or FieldMaps) and dashboard is saved publically so why is it asking me for a login? The data will display if I click cancel but the filters (eg filter by name) in the dashboard won't work. Thanks Sarah

Hi, I was wondering if there had been any developments on this bug? I have multiple field crews out on android phones undertaking site surveys on phones we have locked down so they can only access FieldMaps. Thanks Sarah

Hi, Bit of a strange one wondering if anyone else has had the same problem... We removed a user a few years ago when he left the organisation, he was admin on ArcGIS online, however recently we have been getting undeliverable mail notifications for him sporadically over the past 6 months or so, possibly as that's IT just deactivated his email account! He has been removed as a user and I cant find any listing of him in ArcGIS online or in myESRI, anywhere else I can look as I want to ensure that when we remove a user they still don't have access to our locked content. Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Thank you for replying. All users will be submitting using the web view, we cannot use the field app as it needs to be available for members of the public to submit to. We are currently looking into other options at the moment for the provision of these permits but I will submit an enhancement request as we have had few requests in our organisation for this feature. Apologies I have only just seen your reply, unfortunately I didn't manage to find a solution yet, we are currently looking into different options for this survey and may need to take it out of survey 123 to meet business requirements.

Thank you for your reply, I had hoped there was a way without going down the Python API route as that is a bit beyond my skill level, my python skills are very basic and I got extremely confused with the help documentation on this as it is certainly targeted at someone with a greater knowledge of Python than I have. I ended up adding the feature layer into the dispatcher and worker map and creating the assignments manually from that. Then the operatives on site could click on the existing feature layer for information about the installation and we can link the datasets later using a common unique ID. Not an ideal workflow but with the time constraints and my skill limitations at least it works. Thanks Sarah

Hi, I am brand new to workforce and have been asked to set one up for assigning jobs for the installation of christmas lights across our region. I have a feature layer with 435 existing locations which I would like to add in as individual assignments, ideally 3 for each location (installation, safety check and photograph) as these tasks may not be done at the same time/by same user so i think they need to be separate assignments. Is there a way to load in an existing feature layer to the assignments so I don't need to create each one manually? It would be useful to load in the details from the feature layer as well so I don't need to provide field crews with additional details, eg light type, mounting method, power source etc. It would be a one off exercise so I got a little lost reading up about automation of tasks. Hi, Is there a way to limit a survey in the following ways so a person can only submit 1 form per day but would be allowed to submit again for another day so only 20 submissions can be made per day The survey is for a permit to a site and we are looking to restrict the numbers of visitors to 20 a day and only allowing a person to visit once per day, the permit includes name and vehicle registration as well as address. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am struggling to work it out and need to have this up and running asap. Thanks Sarah

I would find something like this really helpful, its really hard to get a defined list of tags and be able to update the bad ones. Fingers crossed it is implemented one day!!

Thank you both for your replies, I have looked at the GEO Jobe Admin tools and unfortunately it just allows you to remove or add tags not update ones so I need to get a register of where all the bad tags are so I can update those ones. I have found a way to export a list of all items in my organisation using the Geo Jobe tools and then mess about with it in excel but it is extremely clunky. Hopefully future releases for AGOL will include an option as an administrator to review and update all tags used by their users.

Hi, My organisation has a number of bad tags (eg spelling errors, typos) which I would like to update. Is there any way to get a list of all tags used within my organisation so I can try and tidy these up. I have looked at the geojobe admin tools but this seems to need to know what all the bad tags are, is there any way just to get a list of all tags and update the ones needed? Is there a workflow anyone has followed that I could even potentially send out to serial bad taggers to fix their tags. Thanks Sarah

Hi Owen, Thanks for getting back to me. The images I am using are png format and just 32x32 pixels in size, each less than 1kb in size, image and link to one of the storymaps I am having this issue in is below. The issue seems to be more prevalent on the Map and Aerial Photography tab even though I have the same format images on my Overview tab. The only difference is that the Map and Aerial Photography tab shows an embedded web app. http://arcg.is/2pCKUpr The strange part about it is that despite inserting the images the same way each time it is completely hit and miss if the maximize image option shows on the image. Hi, I am developing a storymap series tabbed version and in the text I want to include small images of icons to explain to users how to navigate the map within the text. When I add images either hosted on agol or uploaded directly to the story map it shows the maximize icon in the corner of the image. My images are small so this covers the whole image. I have the option "Include a maximize button in the corner of the image" turned off. I have tried re inserting the images, however this seems to not always fix the problem. Is there any way to fix this? Am i missing something really simple? Would prefer if possible not to have to re insert all images again as I have 12 story maps with multiple images inserted in the text all with this issue. Thanks Sarah
