We are testing some workflows using the Optimize Rasters toolbox. When we upload and convert tif files to COG there is a xml file associated with the tif file in the source file location. That gets uploaded along with the new image but ArcGIS Pro does not seen to associate the metadata file with the actual image. Is this a bug. Shouldn't the metadata for the image be readable in the Pro application. When viewing the metadata in Catalog in AZURE it is blank but the actual xml file contains attributes.

Set an option to limit the size on the creation of hosted tile layer caches in portal. This would limit the size of a tile layer cache being generated on the server. In the role configuration on portal allow the admin to set a size limitation (250 MB, 500MB etc..) If the user tries to create a tile cache and the proposed size is too large a warning popup would display recommending to reduce the size by using the selected scales.

What about an expiration date for an item along with the option to automatically delete the item when that date is reached.

WebGISdr does not work and throws the error mentioned above during the server export. When using the server admin tools export it also throws the error. The server export is defaulting to server\framework\runtime\tomcat\temp as it runs, it then moves the tmp-ags-zip to the output folder (if it runs) I went in and figured out that the export failed after a specific service located in the config-store\service\Hosted folder. When I checked the next service in the list there was a .jpeg thumbnail and a folder called thumbnail with a png file in it. I went into the arcgis\admin directory and updated the thumbnail using the admin. It updated the thumbail\thumbnail.png file. The png and jpeg file displayed correctly and were not pink or corrupted. After I updated the thumbnail the export worked. To figure out what service was failing in the export I used ProcMon and set the filter to Path contains tmp-ags

All the services are hosted and there is just a default thumbnail. It's like that on all of our sites.

When I run an ArcGIS Server backup I get this error message: {"code":500,"messages":["Export operation failed. Unsupported Image Type"],"status":"error"} The export fails every time. This is a federated AGS/Portal deployment. Has anyone seen this error before? This happens in AGS 10.7.1

The functionality to delete multiple replicas needs to be implemented asap in the database tool set. In cases where you have 100 or more replicas having to manually delete them one by one is extremely tedious.

I have two internal portal setups. We use windows authentication and I have an account in each portal where I am automatically logged in via the web when accessing the portal. I have a SD file (service definition file created with ArcMap) that I would like to publish as a hosted feature service to both portals at once. (I end up with two different hosted feature services, one in each portal) Is there a good way to batch publish this SD file over the web using the REST API that someone has already built. Having to change the portal site via the administrator is painful. Not unless someone could recommend another method.
