Hi Heather, Thanks for the update! I think calling tech support was the better choice for an issue like that. Looks like there was a bit of customization that requires further digging into. Thanks, Tope

Hi, Using the Workflow Manager Server REST API, you can make calls to create jobs. The rest call to create jobs takes a parameter for AOI/POI amongst other things. Take a look at our documentation at this location. http://workflowsample.esri.com/doc/rest/index.html Thanks, Tope

Hi, The SMTP originates from the client machine where the action happened. For example, if II create a job and have people subscribed to the JobCreated notification, it would appear to have been sent from my machine when you look at the SMTP server. From the WMX service, it will be the server machine that will be the source of the email notification. I hope this helps! Thanks, Tope

Hi Heather, The use of AOI/LOI is not required in workflow manager. Do you have some more information you could share about your environment? Thanks, Tope

Hi, I may have been hasty with my initial response. Those buttons allow you to draw on a map (define spatially) where the job will be taking place. You can use a point or multi points, you can draw a polygon or you can have a freehand (aka. Lasso). My initial response was referring to the ability to define your AOI before creating the job and also by selecting an existing feature class. So to answer your initial question, you can define the area of interest of a job after creating it on using the JavaScript viewer included with workflow manager. The Workflow Manager web API allows you to develop your own custom widget to define the AOI as part of the job creation process as seen in the desktop. Thanks, Tope

Hi, My recommendation is to create a placeholder "user" and assign all the jobs that the user you would be deleting is assigned to. Once you have deleted and recreated the user, I will then go back and reassign the jobs to this new user. This should help avoid any issues with the user within Workflow Manager. Thanks, Tope

Hi Chelsea, Thanks for sharing the screenshots and explaining your workflow in so much detail! The behavior you are seeing is most likely related to a system setting that requires steps to be marked as started before users mark them as completed. The screenshot below shows where to enable/disable this setting. You get the option to mark the step as done, because there is no context menu option when you right click the step in the workflow canvas. Can you confirm this setting on your workflow database? Let me know if the behavior changes when you make the change. Thanks, Tope

Hi Chelsea, Tokens are not supported as part of the question on a step. How often do you have to do this? With what we have now, your question would have to formed as - "Are there additional errors with the linework edited for this job?" Let me know if this is a critical requirement for your organization. Thanks, Tope

Hi Chelsea, The mark step as complete button should be enabled for all steps as long as the job is assigned to the currently logged in user. You shouldn't have to do anything to enable this. What type of step is it (custom, procedural, question, etc.)? Can you send a screenshot of your workflow diagram illustrating the disabled button? Thanks, Tope

Hi Joe, Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Can you have a ticket submitted with support? Doing this will allow one of the support analysts try to reproduce the issue so that the development team can make proper recommendations or fix in a future release. Thanks, Tope

Hi, This is a known issue and will be resolved at the 10.4 release. One thing to note is that we fixed it in the Javascript viewer and not the flex viewer. Are you able to use the Javascript app instead of flex? If not, let us know and we can plan to include this fix in that application as well. Thanks, Tope Sent from Outlook Mobile<https://aka.ms/blhgte>
