Hi guys, Maybe this is something which already has been asked, but I really cannot find anything on it. Does anyone know how to create symbology based on multiple attributes (say you want to map cities' population - size representing population and color representing gender) in ArcGIS Pro? That is now possible in ArcGIS Online, but cannot find a way to do it in ArcGIS Pro... Thanks for your help! Kind regards, Tsan

I have a problem with exposing content on the homepage, with which I've been struggling for quite some time now. I have created couple of groups in my organization, of which all are private and the idea is that different users are assigned to them. Now, let's say I have Group Z, which is featured and I can expose it on the front page. User X is a member of this group and when he signs in, he'll see, obviously, the content. But User Y is not a member of that group and there's nothing on the homepage. Is there any option to expose the content of, say, all groups on the homepage?

Hello guys, I need some help figuring out how to some changes in the Public Gallery app. 1. Authentication is the first thing. Since our organization has private maps in ArcGIS Online, is there a way to use OAuth2 for authentication for this application? 2. Displaying all content in the organization, not just the maps in the groups. Any ideas how? Thank you in advance!

Hello, Our organization is testing the ArcGIS Online platform and we are currently evaluating the idea of going for an organizational subscription. However, there are some things that we are concerned about - mostly missing core features. I would like to know, if it's possible, if ESRI is planning to and working on to implement the following: - Labeling (I know about the workarounds, but we need labeling as a feature inside ArcGIS Online) - Printing map with legend (The workaround with print screen and copy-paste in image editing program is just not serious) - Search within features - Connection to an external database (PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, MS SQL) - 'Viewer' as a user-role? - right now I believe there's no workaround for that. If you want your organization to have private maps and to enable user just to see them, you need to provide them with an account with editing capabilities. Please, correct me if I'm wrong. It is very strange that this platform is operational for some time already, but it is still missing those key features, for which if no near-future development is planned that might as well be a deal-breaker for us. Thank you in advance for the answer. Kind regards, Tsan Kolev

Dear Tim, Thank you for your answer. Yes, I am signed in when I try to get content from ArcGIS Online. I am able to see the basemap of the map that I try to access, but not the layers. I just noticed that the problem occurs only when the map that I have created in ArcGIS Online is having hosted features service. Actually this is a major drawback for me, because most of the maps I have are using hosted feature services. Still, it is very strange for me why can't the ArcGIS Explorer access them. Kind regards, Tsan

Hello, I find ArcGIS Explorer a good way to view maps, however I have a really hard time finding a way to expose data from my ArcGIS Online trial account to it. When I browse the layers from the Layers button all I see is 4 layers, which are some basic ESRI layers. When I do a search from the Search Window button I am able to find the maps that were created in ArcGIS Online, but when I try to add them, all I receive is the Basemap and not any of the feature services or layers that have been added. I was googling this problem for some days now, but without any result. There is a tutorial on ESRI's resources web site on how to add content from ArcGIS Online, but for me the button ArcGIS Online on the main menu and at the drop-down Add Content button is completely missing. I'm running ArcGIS Explorer 2500 on Windows 7 64-bit machine. ArcMap works just fine.
