In ArcGlobe -> View - > View Settings I can set the observer position, but only in decimal degrees.
But in the Arcglobe HUD it shows observer/target in degrees/mins/secs
How can I enter view settings with dms, not decimal degrees? I haven't found that setting. Why did they design it this way? I shouldn't have to convert the dms into decimal just because arcGIS decided to do it that way. Please let me know how to update view settings without having to convert to decimal degrees. Thanks
