Hi,
I have successfully created a 3d model for some of our properties, and used google streetview within google sketchup to create a DAE file. This I can add OK, and as long as I click on Save Edits first and then Stop Editing, my edits are saved - although only while the arcscene file is opened:
[ATTACH=CONFIG]31833[/ATTACH]
However, as soon as I close it and re-open it, the DAE models are missing:
[ATTACH=CONFIG]31834[/ATTACH]
This is also happening if I click on Stop Editing, without clicking on Save Edits.
If I start an edit session, load in the DAE model, close the edit session, and then start editing again - all of my previous "Replace with Model" work is lost.
It is as if the Replace with Model command only stores the model in some sort of temporary area, and once any additional work is carried out to the 3D model, this is removed.
Does anyone have any experience of why this should be happening, and hopefully a resolution.
