Removing "Powered by ESRI" logo in FlexViewer 2.3.1

Hello,

I am trying to remove the "Powered by ESRI" logo and link within FlexViewer 2.3.1.  With my inexperience with FlexViewer, I have not been able to adapt older code to remove the logo. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to hide the logo and link?
