Widget Layout Containers

I am using a combination of floating widgets and would also like to use either the horizontal or vertical layout in addition.  But I find the horizontal layout overlaps the scalebar and the vertical overlaps the header.  Is there a way to move the vertical layout container down about 30 pixels?

   Yep all you do is specify top="30" in that container.
