Hi,
I updated my Silverlight application from 2.3 -> 3.2 and the ArcGIS Server the application uses to 10.2. After this I have had several problems with the application.
Problem:
I have a cached base map and two feature layers with about 300 polygons in a Snapshot mode on the map. When I zoom and Pan the map the map 'disappears' and throws me out of the actual map. I tried using restricted extent but the map keeps throwing me in the corner of this extent and doesn't let me pan normally. Has anyone else had problems like this or does anyone know what could be the problem here (or even better, the solution)?
This didn't happen with earlier version of Silverlight API.
