Printing Issue -Selection is Black

I have the new printing (Server Side) tool implemented and now I'm running into a problem.  If a user makes a selection (similar to the spatial selection example) the parcels that are printed turn black.  See attachment.  How can I stop this or get around this...is this a bug?

Try changing your FillSymbol to SimpleFillSymbol, I think I had a similar problem and that fixed it.
