Query Related Records - Results Display not Populating

I'm using the Query Related Records sample.  My queries are working, verified with Fiddler, but the results display is not showing the attributes.  I don't think it is the row height because mine is identical to the Sample.  It was working when I was querying on a service from an mxd with a personal geodatabase, now I'm using SDE/PostgreSQL.  Is there something else I need to do for Postges?  Screen shot attached.

Check that the field names have not changed when migrating your data base.

Else using fiddler to compare the query related result in the working case with the result in the non working case might give a clue.

The related records are displaying now, just the ObjectID in the TreeView.  The Query Related works fine, the map click query works fine, but the objectids don't show up in the tree view.
