XamlParseException in designer with a map

I am having a problem in blend with the designer. In my designer, I am getting a XamlParseException whenever I have an esri map object in the xaml. When I comment the map out, this exception goes away and I am able to work with the designer. It builds and runs fine.

Here is the exception I am getting from blend:

What version of the API and Expression Blend are you using? Can you share XAML-code? What properties do you have for the map control? We'd like to reproduce it here so we can fix it if there's a design-view bug. Thanks.

It actually started working again. I don't know why as I didn't change any of the code.

I don't think I am allowed to share the xaml code. I am using v2.3 of the API with silverlight 5 and blend preview 5. It has started happening again.

Oh I understand. If you can isolate the code that reproduce this XAML exception and use sample services instead, that will be great.
