Create Map notes in Argcis Mobile and Collector

Actually it is not possible to edit map notes in arcgis for mobile or Collector.
Map notes created with arcgis online can be displayed on these client but it is not possible to add new notes.

Yet, when users are outdoor it would be very usefull to anotate quickly the map with point, line and polygone.

Seconded. Map notes should be editable by other users on all devices. A map setting should be implemented where this can be chosen.

Considering this is 3 years later and it still hasn't been implemented I'm guessing this won't happen, but I would like to third this.
