When I try to change the map for the map panel it prompts me to authenticate.  If I do authenticate the map does not show in the report and shows 'This map can't be loaded'.  The webmap is public and all data within is public.

Are there restrictions on the type of map content that can be used in Community Analyst Reports?

Thanks for the reply, Fasil.

The Webmap is public and opens in incognito. I found the issue is due to CORS restrictions and I had to whitelist "https://communityanalyst.arcgis.com" in ArcGIS Server.

Sorry, I should have checked the browser dev tools before posting!

Hello @dgiersz_cuyahoga,

We can look into this if you can share the link to this map. However, it looks like either the web map or one of the layers are not shared publicly or not accessible to you.

I also recommend simply opening the web map in incognito mode and see you get a prompt to sign in.

Thanks,

Fasil T.
