Accessibility - increase text size on expand element

Please can you make the text larger when expanding an element?  For example, expanding a pie chart makes the chart fill the page, but the text remains the same size.  People with visual impairments would expand an element to see it more clearly, but unless the legend text gets larger too, it's not as useful a function as it should be.
