Data Download in Dashboards Not Working?

I have data downloads set up in a dashboard on a new hosted feature layer view which has exporting enabled, and it looks like it is successful when I click download but nothing happens. Below is a screenshot of what I see, and when it "finishes" it adds a (+1) on the right side of that bottom status bar. But I do not see the downloaded data anywhere. I get the same issue in both chrome and microsoft edge. There are ~1500 features and it has been over 30 minutes from my first attempt so I don't think it is just taking a long time. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

According to that screen shot it thinks you have already exported the data.  Have you checked the default downloads folder that your browser references?

@SteveF Thank you for your reply, yes I checked and nothing shows up.

Try changing the download options to prompt you for a location.

1. Click on three dots located on the top right corner, a menu will pop up.

2. Click on Settings and then Advanced.

3. Under the Downloads section, locate 'Ask where to save each file before downloading'. Drag the button to right.

Restart the browser.
