Hi,
I have encountered this a few time running ArcGIS 10.3. I run a simple geoprocessing such as a buffer and outputs an empty file (Error 000117) . I have check file name length, worked off my desktop and a network, used shapefiles and file geodatabase (checked filename length and standards for both), and used the desktop ArcGIS default geodatabase. Any ideas what is going on? This should be simple.
