In ArcCatalog, I've got Interoperability Connections below my GIS Servers and stuff, I was able to enable it using the ArcCatalog Options, under the General tab.
My coworkers have the same license that I have for Desktop, and they do not have the option to enable Interoperability Connections in ArcCatalog under the Options in the General Tab.
How do I get them access to Interoperability Connections?
