Hello all,
I used to have a student license to ArcGIS 10.2 on my Mac through Parallels 9, which has suddenly stopped working. I just bought a second (Windows!) computer in hopes that I can transfer my student license onto the new computer. However, is there a way to do this without having to run the License Manager on the original machine? I cannot access the virtual machine because Parallels won't open. (Gives an error.) I tried calling support but I guess there is no tech support over the weekend.
