The District Borken (Germany) want to provide as well internal users (from ActiveDirectory) as external users (from IdentityStore) with access to the ArcGIS Enterprise environment, we would like to use the self-registration form. With the dialogue currently offered in ArcGIS Enterprise (see screenshot “current_state_enterprise.PNG”) you don’t have the terms of use and consent for General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), especially in the European Union it is really important. You should add them like in the screenshot “example_arcgis_online.PNG” (see annex) or the hyperlink in the brackets (https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/oauth2/signup?client_id=arcgisonline&redirect_uri=http://www.arc...).
