Random color symbology for deployed service

When we are deploying any service to ArcGIS Enterprise(the source data is Enterprise DB), we are assigning unique color symbology to all the existing value and one additional option is there for one single color for all other values.
It would be great if we can have another option to assign random color for each new value added after the deployment.
example if we add new 5 states in this source database, it picks all the same color until we redeploy which is annoying specially in territory services.
