Hi,
I'm attempting to transfer the portal from one machine to another by following the instructions provided in this link: 'https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/migrate-to-new-machines.htm'. However, I've encountered the following error. Could someone please advise on how to proceed?
Additionally I have tried accessing both the portal url in other machine. I'm able to access the portal URL.

I was curious if you were able to attempt this with the firewall temporarily disabled? The error message is a notion to that the ports may be closed on one of the Portal machines. You may need to follow this image here to be sure that all required ports are enabled on the machine you're attempting to move to:
Along with this, if you're using Windows, you can use netstat -an to find all open ports, and netstat -an | findstr "your port" and it will find if the port is enabled.
If on Linux, please let me know the distribution and I can find a command!
