Error "502 bad gateway " when using print widget

Hello, 

I am using print widget from acrOpole Builder or from web AppBuilder, lately it returns the 502 bad gateway error. I tried to delete all the cookies and the parameters of the browser I use, and it worked for a while. Now I have to delete the cookies every time before using this widget. 

The error : Unable to load https://geo.com/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/GPServer/Export Web Map Task/execute status: 502 

It is the only widget that I use and return this error. Any suggestion to solve this problem.

Check the URL in UtilityService on Portal
