FATAL: password authentication failed for user "portaladmin"

Hello Community
I'm migrating an ArcGIS Enterprise from old VMs to new VMs.
All WebGISDR requirements have been met before migrating.
ArcGIS Datastore, ArcGIS Server did great.

The portal instead gives me the following error

the screen you see is when I tried to re-import only the Portal Backup

attached you can also find the portion of the log where the error is reported.
